Before I begin, it’s important to explain that I’ve seen SEVERAL dentists in the last 20 years… none of them provided the type of care or service that inspired confidence… so, I was always looking for the perfect dentist for me and my family… that all changed when we visited Dr. Silvoy and his wonderful staff for the first time… caring, considerate, patient, thorough and professional… absolutely the best dentist around…

Dr. Silvoy is the best dentist I have ever been to. He has picked a wonderful staff to work with. They are all the best one could ask for.

My favorite part of the visit was talking to the dental assistant who helped with my cavities. She was very friendly and down to earth.

We have very good experiences with Dr. Christopher; he is great. I like the location because it is close to our home. Dr. Christopher has a very good chair-side manner and good communication.

This was the MOST helpful and friendly office that I have found in all of Raleigh. I got the help that I needed and they were kind enough to help me break my payment down for me when they did not have to. I got the work done and it was almost completely painless.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I’ve seen client favoritism at some of the other places I’ve been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Check-in was a breeze, thanks to patient forms I printed and filled out at home. Dr Silvoy was very pleasant. He listened to my concerns about my crowded teeth and explained what kind of orthodontics might benefit me in the future. He took the time to really talk to me instead of just checking the hygienist’s work and then whipping out of sight (like I have experienced in the past).

So far we’ve had an emergency root canal and crown done here, and it’s been great. They worked with me to get the costs down since it was completely out of pocket, and saw us when the temporary broke TWICE same day. They are way more affordable than my normal dentist in RTP. I highly recommend this shop. Good folks!

Sam was fantastic! She was quick and has excellent customer service. Dr. Silvoy took a lot of time explaining to me what was happening with my dental health. I have never had a dentist spend that much time with me answering questions. This was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back and referring friends! It’s such a weight off my shoulders finding a place I feel so comfortable at.

Dr. Silvoy explained everything thoroughly in terms that I could understand. He seemed to understand my situation and what I wanted in the way of dental services.
